More than seven thousand residents of the municipality will improve the health care they receive with the construction of two new medical offices in the Dry and Lobosillo Sangonera.
The Governing Board today gave its approval to the technical projects of the two new facilities.
Medical office Sangonera the Seca will be built at Columbus Avenue and have a total area of 1,400 square meters.
This facility will have two floors and will feature three of four visits, general medicine and pediatrics.
In addition, the construction of three nursing visits, a treatment room, reception, lounge for doctors, waiting rooms, toilets, storage, archiving and costumes for health professionals.
This work is funded by the City and the Autonomous Community and the bid price is 682,080 euros.
The new clinic will serve more than 5,100 people, the population of the Dry Sangonera and villages assigned to this office.
Lobosillo's office will be built in the new area of the hamlet.
Have a total area of 470 square feet on one floor.
Have three doctor visits, two general and pediatric-, two nursing rooms, a treatment room, reception, lounge for doctors, waiting rooms, toilets, storage, archiving and changing rooms for health professionals .
This work, financed by the Autonomous Community, will 552,000 euros of investment.
Lobosillo population is 2,100 people.
