The Rector of the University of Murcia has proceeded with the appointment of five new professors and two professors, who will take up their seats soon.

These are professors Ana Luisa Baquero, Spanish Literature, Antonio Guirado, Organic Chemistry, Maria José Jesus Quiles, Plant Physiology, Stanimir Troyanski of Mathematical Analysis and Mariano Valverde, of Greek.

The full professors are Maria Belen Hernandez, Italian Studies, and Pedro Antonio Rojo, Journalism.
