The Deputy Mayor of Social Welfare and Promotion of Equality, María del Carmen Pelegrin, inaugurated this morning the events commemorating the day of the neighbors, a conference organized by the Federation of Neighborhood municipality of Murcia.

Pelegrin has stressed that the development of such initiatives shows the participatory nature and generous of all working Murcia active in promoting activities that help create a good atmosphere among everyone.

The opening ceremony took place this morning at the Federation of Peñas vegetable garden and has received hundreds of residents who will participate in a multitude of activities that will develop throughout the day.
