The works have included construction of three buildings of a plant, two of them attached to the existing ones will be devoted to dining rooms, changing rooms and external therapies.

This project aims to improve care for people with drug problems, increase the number of residential places in top ten, which is already available 40, and have more rooms dedicated to therapy, which impacts positively users and their families.

Users tend to be overwhelmingly male (91 percent) of between 22 and 35, drug addicts, who suffer a personal disorganization, family and society.
From the Department is supporting the Foundation, through the Directorate General of Family and Children, to meet families of drug addicts, and teenagers with problems of drug use.

It also contributes through the Directorate General of Immigration, Development Cooperation and Volunteerism with 17,974 euros in prevention and treatment of addiction to immigrants.
Also, the Ministry through the Directorate General of Pensions, Assessment and Inclusion Programs, awarded 17,702 euros to assist persons ex-prisoners with addiction problems.
Also, the department has granted 17,139 euros for rehabilitation and improvement of the electrical installation of Day Centre
