A total of 28 students from various universities and Spanish research centers participating in a course on "Nutrigenetics (nutrition and health): current applications and perspectives" held in the CEBAS-CSIC, Campus de Espinardo.
This activity is part of the consolidated project, involving 17 groups of research excellence, including one of CEBAS directed by Professor Francisco Tomas Barberan research.
Integrated into the National Research Plan, the project is worth Consolider 12 million euros, and develop its work until 2012.

Nicholas Villaescusa, Hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca; Cantalejo Drs Jesús García and Ricardo Ramos, Scientific Park of Madrid, Dr. Javier de las Rivas, Center for Cancer Research of Salamanca, Dr. Dolores Corella, University Valencia, Dr. Catalina Picó, University of the Balearic Islands, Dr. Ana Maria Horton, Genome Systems Center of Valencia and Dr. Maria Teresa Garcia Conesa, CEBAS-CSIC researcher, coordinator of the course.
