The City Council renewed its commitment to the Roma Development Plan (30/09/2009)

Improving quality of life and provide welfare to Roma, promote the participation of this group in public and social life; propociar better relations between different social and cultural groups, strengthening of Roma associations and combat discrimination and Racism is the target you want to reach the city of Murcia with participation in social care project integral to Roma, in the context of Gypsy Development Plan.

A total of 174,666.67 euros allocated, the 131,000 will be provided by the Ministry and the Autonomous Community, and EUR 43,666.67 by the City of Murcia, through the Department of Health and Human Services, which runs Fulgencio Cervantes.

Thanks to the collaboration between the three administrations, there will be simultaneous social intervention activities in the areas of social action, education, training, employment, health, housing and culture.
