The plan for 2010-2015 Murcia are defined:

Developing social cohesion policies for the full integration of all citizens.
B.
Articulate a sustainable public transport, efficient and effective to integrate the whole area of influence of Murcia (more than two million people).

Promote the development of areas of innovation and entrepreneurship in relation to the environment and new technologies.
D.
Impulse-based technology development in business parks and universities.
E.
Improve the services citizens receive for urban excellence.
F.
Murcia consolidate shopping city, tourism, entertainment and leisure.
The proposals are two basic lines.
On the one hand, communications, that is, improving accessibility to Murcia from the environment and its attractiveness to the Mediterranean coast.
In this sense, we propose the creation of a commuter rail network that connects the residential areas of Murcia and the Mediterranean and LVEF in Cartagena Railway and its connection to Torrevieja.
Priority will also link the three airports by rail influence and the union of Murcia-Caravaca.
Second, Murcia wants to be a reference for culture, innovation and creativity, you have to do with the momentum of the cultural complex Madman and the generation of innovation poles in the river environment.
