The managing director of the Housing and Land Institute (IVS) in the Region of Murcia, Jane Brown, today announced that the Community will build a new class of public housing for young people in the neighborhood of Espinardo Murcia, within the Regional Housing Plan Young.

Castaño reported that "the awarding of housing will be held through the holding of a notary public lottery to be launched by the corresponding call to be released on September 1 in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia."

The managing director said the conditions to participate in the draw, which is scheduled to be held on 24 September in the auditorium of the Ministry of Public Works and Planning, is to have up to 35 years, meet the requirements in Royal Decree that regulates the activities on social housing and have been previously entered in the Register of Claimants of the Community, either in person or through the Regional Housing Portal (www.regiondemurciavivienda.es).

With regard to the place and time of submission of applications, said concerned citizens should address their request to the IVS, or submit their applications in the General Register of the Ministry of Public Works or any other means established by law, including 2 and 16 September.

Three-bedroom houses on Main Street

The plot on which to build the new housing development was granted by the regional government to IVS with the aim of increasing public park in the Community, providing access to housing for a group of priority, such as youth Region under 35 years.

The plot is located on Main Street in the most central of Espinardo, and has an area of 250 square meters.
