The Department of Infrastructure and Community Services, directed by José Arce, has installed 34 streetlights classic, 30 double-arm and 4 single-arm, from the Old Bridge to the Alameda de Colón.
These streetlights that consume less, with white light bulbs that light pollution and more.
Also tonight will start working the 46 new streetlights have been installed from the square to the square González Conde de la Cierva Engineer (El Rollo).
Luminaries are a unique model designed by experts of the Municipality of Murcia for the area and have been made by companies in Murcia.
The new streetlights design of this area consist of a black column with stainless steel arms.
The bulbs have been used are white light, low consumption, clean and high efficiency.
In addition, these lamps have a self-cleaning glass system.
The two models of lamps are designed to illuminate both the roadway and pedestrian areas to illuminate pedestrians and shops.
