After invoking his constitutional right not to testify as a defendant, AIO has been charged in the Magistrate's Court No. 4 of Lorca for the crimes of theft, the security of traffic, attack Agents Authority and for illegal possession of weapons.
For the last two offenses (assault and illegal possession) the Board has agreed to provisional injunction unconditional prison without bail, but communicated.
At the hearing of prison has agreed that the defendant meets his prison stay in the jail of Sangonera (Murcia), where he has been directly without going through the tank Lorca prison because of his history of escape attempts.
Moreover, the Court Lorca is inhibited in favor of the Court of First Instance No. 2 Huércal-Overa (Almería) for the crime of robbery with violence and intimidation, and has led the cause of the leak to the Court of First Instance No. 5, Castellón for the crime of escape from prison.
Tight security
The accused arrived at 09:00 am this morning at the court premises accompanied by Civil Guard officers in Lorca, as well as reinforcements from the Guardia Civil de Murcia belonging to the Judicial Police Unit.
Moreover, agents of the Guardia Civil of the driving unit waiting at the gates of the court to escort, if necessary, to Sangonera Prison.
