The Gran Via street lights come on tonight (14/08/2009)

The new streetlights installed in the Gran Via -63 total LED-light with the main thoroughfare of the city from tonight, after appropriate checks made yesterday.

The new points of light represent a significant energy saving LED technology because it is used in the luminaires.

In addition, work continues on the pavement to complete this work, so that next week the sidewalks can be left free to transit.
