Tourism and Hostemur continue working to promote the cuisine of Murcia (14/08/2009)

The Councillor of Tourism & Conventions, Maria Isabel Valcárcel, met with officials of the Regional Federation of Employers of Hospitality and Tourism (Hostemur) to address the continuation of several projects to promote tourism and hotel in the municipality.

In the meeting with the president of the Hotel Association of the Federation, Jesus Pacheco, and representatives of area restaurants this group, we tried on municipal support of the town caterers to promote tourism and economic activity especially Murcia through the promotion of cuisine.

In the coming weeks will continue contacts between Hostemur and City Council to outline the collaboration and support local initiatives of the Federation.
