More than 1,400 people have been treated between January and July by the Vocational Guidance Service for Employment and Self Employment (OPEA) offered by the City of Murcia from the Local Development Agency.
Since this service provides individualized tutoring to the unemployed registered in the SEF and supports, monitoring and guidance for job search.
You can design itineraries employability (list of activities that you agree to do to improve their chances of finding a job) and referral to training activities (training courses mainly occupational SEF).
To complement this assistance, the Department of Employment also offers career guidance modules and group sessions to motivate the unemployed registered in the SEF to the creation of companies.
Job seekers are also part of a database for SEF offices throughout the Region and the EPI: Computerized Personal Files.
This is a regional database SEF-ups in which are registered job seekers who pass through the tutoring process.
This database, much more complete, modern and agile, contains the same data as above but allows the integration of management not only of employment and training services but also the management of the mentoring and guidance, the possibility of introduce a curriculum in European format of the user to query potential employers (similar to the use of employment sites found on the internet).
