Socialist Councillor Mark Ros, head of the political opposition in the municipal district-West Center, and Secretary of Coordination of Executive District "Murcia City West," he complained, on behalf of the Executive of that group, continued and progressive deterioration of the urban area west of the city of Murcia.

Opposition to moving the market of San Esteban

Socialists believe that the market acted as a focal point for many buyers, who performed after purchase and consumption in various shops, bars and restaurants of the environment.

Neglect and continued deterioration in the Gunpowder Factory
Finally, the Socialists, want to acknowledge the "unbearable situation of neglect and deterioration suffered by the sun of the gunpowder factory, and the shrine which is located at the east end of the same" as expressed Ros.
Thus the Socialists of Murcia City West require the Planning Department to initiate the relevant procedures to enforce the ordinance for maintenance and cleaning of private lots, and to review safety and health conditions found in such buildings.
