The University of Murcia has announced the call for aid, in collaboration with Caja Mediterráneo, granted to high-achieving students starting their studies in this educational institution.
Recipients of these scholarships will be new students with average grade higher access to the center where they are to pursue their studies and also those who have obtained the first prizes in competitions and Olympics to recognize the university.
The first form of the aid shall be an amount of 1,000 euros, while the winners of the Olympics will receive an amount corresponding to the academic rights of enrollment in first grade.
For the first not required for application, since it is sufficient for the completion of enrollment, while for the second mode must be present at the Registrar of the center at the time of enrollment.
The presentation of scholarships, held today at the Convalescence, was chaired by the rector of the University, José Antonio Cobacho, and President of the Territorial Council of the CAM in Murcia, Angel Martinez, who both highlighted the value of a aid to reward the effort.
In this event also attended by the Vice Chancellor of University Extension, Francisco Guillermo Diaz, promoter of the aid, the rector of Students, Maribel Sanchez-Mora, and the director of the CAM in Murcia, Ildefonso Riquelme.
