The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, today expressed its "strong condemnation and disgust" at the double murder perpetrated by ETA in Calvia, where early afternoon killed two young members of the Guardia Civil.
In these difficult and tragic circumstances, the Mayor House wanted to express his "solidarity and affection" to the Civil Guard, while it has made a public recognition of their work that the members of this body in the defense of freedom and security all Spanish.
The Mayor has reiterated his confidence in the work of the State Security Forces to end definitively with the terrorist group ETA.
"Less than 48 hours the murderers wanted to make a slaughter in Burgos and failed.
Macabre today repeated their intention in Mallorca and unfortunately have killed two public servants, "he said.
"A good citizens we have the security of knowing that terrorists will pay for it and eventually arrested, tried and imprisoned," added House.
The mayor, who also had a memory, "warm and sincere" to the families of two policemen, has called for tomorrow at 12 pm, a silent demonstration in protest of this double murder.
