Fifty outlets were authorized last year
The Department of Markets has provided the rules governing the installation of stalls on the occasion of the Pilgrimage of the Fuensanta, which this year takes place on September 15.
For this facility, of which 50 permits were granted in 2008, the statutorily required to hold the appropriate license to sell and does not allow the installation of posts that lack of this permit.
The license may be requested from 7 to 10 September.
The license permits only the sale of soft drinks and bottled water, packaged snacks, fried pastries (churros and waffles) except to fill and / or cover, ice cream packed with health record.
Excluded slush, horchata and cream in bulk, based on Regulation (EC) No 852/2008 of the European Parliament and the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs, as reflected in Annex II and Decree 172/995, 2 November, of the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
This permit may be obtained from 7 to 10 September inclusive in Service Units Markets and Market Square situated in Calle Selgas n º 1-2 º, from 9am to 13 hours, with the following documents:
- Application (to be provided in those units) with a detailed specification of the products to sell.
- Original and photocopy of identity card
- Foreigners must be in possession of residence permit and self-employed, in force (original and photocopy).
- Original and photocopy of the Card or Certified Food Handler in force for all members and associates engaged in the business of selling food products.
- 2 passport size photographs.
- Rights Under current Fiscal Ordinance € 33.80.
