The City Council has been scrupulous in complying with the rules of discipline of staff (17/07/2009)

Murcia City Council has acted with the utmost respect to the worker and scrupulously complying with applicable law, according to Law 7 / 2007 of the Civil Service Basic Statute, according to the decree 36/86 which was approved by the Rules disciplinary regime officials.

Investigation of the case has been made in the same way that all cases were instituted in the city of Murcia: meeting the statutory periods and providing the worker with all the guarantees and the necessary assistance, as required by law.

Before the Decree of June 25, 2009, by which it agrees to a proposal from the instructor of record, suspend the officer without pay during a period of 24 months for having committed three serious faults, it is the administrative appeal, and the request for the removal of the execution of the penalty pending the resolution of that dispute.
