Note from PSOE:

South Round One hundred families whose homes are located between the villages of Santiago El Mayor and Patiño, reported that the City of Murcia has issued licenses first occupation without any provision of basic services such as water, electricity, lighting or telephone.

At the request of the Neighborhood Association Ronda Sur, the Socialist Party spokesman Jose Maria Alarcon, along with Councilman Jose Zapata and the PSOE spokesman in the Municipality of Patiño, Antonio Lax, visited the area yesterday checking, as well as the precarious basic services like water and light, the sorry state of neglect in which the area is.

In this situation, Zapata raised at Thursday's plenary the following questions:

What should be the delay in completion of infrastructure works with the actuating unit CR4 Part IV of the Plan?

Have you taken any steps to accelerate the construction and completion of those works of urbanization?

What action?

What timeframe are to complete the above works and how it is going to compensate residents of the discomforts occurring as a result of that delay?

How and what criteria have been granted licenses first occupation of the houses of several buildings in this unit of action in which several dozen residents and families, if they lack basic services and not yet completed the development works ?

How will you resolve this situation and in what time frame?

Have you initiated any action from the council with the companies providing water supply, electricity and telephony to provide a rush for those houses first occupation license?

Are there reports of inspection of urban services, infrastructure works, public roads, etc..

regarding the risks for residents of homes as a result of non-completion of works?

Have you informed the other involved municipal councils and the licensing of first occupation to provide them where they provide services such as street cleaning, maintenance of road trees, gardens and open spaces, etc. ?
