As Lieutenant Colonel, he performed his duties in the Planning Division of the Joint Chiefs of Defense and as a Colonel and has been Chief of Organization of Strategy and Plans Division of that Joint Chiefs, stopping in such liability to take over command of Antiaircraft Artillery Regiment 73 in Cartagena.
