Knowing the number of births, high and low in the population census, the number of occupied dwellings or the hundred most common names of the town, these are some of the data that will be accessible through the Department of Economics and Finance makes available to citizens statistical memory of the most significant of the municipality.
This is the first time that the city of Murcia offers this type of information, adding to the large Spanish cities in offering this type of information, which will be updated every 31 December.
In the coming months is expected to take a memory with economic data on the town.
The statistical report of the municipality that is presented is as of December 2008 and provides information on the following aspects:
Births.
Deaths.
Ups and downs in the pattern for other reasons.
Foreign population:
Nationality.
Ups and downs of foreigners.
Origin.
Number of occupied dwellings.
Number of people per household.
As a novelty, also included two lists containing the 100 most common names (male: Antonio, Jose and Francisco and women: Joseph, Mary and Carmen) and the 100 most common surnames (Martinez, Garcia, Sanchez and Lopez).
All these data are presented for the entire municipality, besides offering them individually by neighborhood and hamlet.
