The renovation of the Teatro Romea is making strides to open its renovated doors next season.
The Governing Board has awarded the UTE Azuche 88, SL and Trimtor Company, Inc. the design and implementation of interior renovation of the Teatro Romea, which will begin shortly and will have a lead time of four months.
The investment will be around 2.4 million euros.
Among the main works is air conditioning throughout the building, respecting the uniqueness of the building.
The chillers will be placed on the ground floor and stalls on the first floor, in the Hall of Mirrors, coffee and plants third, fourth and fifth.
Masonry work and painting will include the remodeling of the left side access area, lockers, stairwells and access control.
Also reform the piano room area, boiler and part of the dressing rooms and the railings of the stalls, boxes, plates and paradise.
Adapted toilets are created and existing ones reformed and painted all the rooms.
