A group responsible for the Convention Bureau of the Municipality of Murcia, headed by its president and manager, Ramon Palazón, this morning held a meeting with administrators, faculty and staff of the hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca to show the advantages Murcia offered as a congress city.
This meeting, part of the work plan of the Convention Bureau of the City of Murcia, is shown to the medical sector and body work services and infrastructure that the city has also the support that can free obtained from the Office for organizing any event.
In the meeting were also members of the office sector travel agents, meeting planners and professional conference organizers, in addition to the Auditorium and Congress Center.
At the end of the event, participants enjoyed a cocktail served at the restaurant Mansion in La Seda.
Among the services provided by the Convention Bureau is the coordination of supply and demand of city services, development of specific technical dossiers, organization of visits by recognition of the city, institutional and technical support to organizers of events , distribution of promotional material and general information on Murcia, dissemination of the different activities in media and presentation of events in other cities to promote Murcia.
