The General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ), at its plenary session today, has proceeded to the appointment of more than thirty judicial positions, all backed by an overwhelming majority, among them two seats on the Superior Court of Justice Murcia (TSJRM).
Judge Abel Angel Sáez Domenech has been reelected as president of the Chamber for Contentious Administrative TSJRM unanimously (a total of 21 votes).
Moreover, Judge Ruben Antonio Jiménez Fernández was appointed as chairman of the Social Chamber of TSJRM with 15 votes, and second in the vote on Judge José Luis Alonso Saura, former president of the Chamber, with five votes ( a member of the CGPJ voted blank.)
Among the remaining thirty positions appointed by the CGPJ, referred to throughout the Spanish territory, it is noteworthy that 11 of them were not from a judicial association.
