A book published by the University of Murcia and analyzing the balance between work and family life has got one of the national awards each year organizes the "Alares."
This book, published by the editor of the University of Murcia (EDITUM) has been awarded in the test section and Innovation, and the award was received during the ceremony held at a hotel in Madrid and who chaired the Labour Minister , Celestino Corbacho.
The book has been coordinated by Professor María del Carmen Martínez, Faculty of Psychology, a member of the research group of Applied Social Psychology.
The patron of the Foundation highlighted the merits of the book was María Angeles Durán, researcher and professor of Sociology of the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC).
At the award ceremony attended, along with other academic authorities, the rector of International Relations and Communication, Maria Angeles Esteban.
The winning book is part of the collection "Agora", which already has ten books published by the University of Murcia, including the "Citizen participation and management of social and municipal policies," by Enrique Pastor, to be presented today, March 25 at the Centro Cultural "Las Claras.
