The amount of award of the work of the two houses is a total of 111,503.42 euros to be financed through grants from the Institute for Housing and Land in the Region of Murcia.
The promotion is part of the neighborhood regeneration program, which the Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Angel House has a special commitment and enthusiasm to provide residents the best living conditions.
This action is complementary to those undertaken in the Urban Plan, which involves a total investment of over EUR 10 million to provide infrastructure, equipment, develop employment and training programs, and ultimately, restore and revitalize this neighborhood.
This local initiative aiming at achieving full social integration of the residents of this neighborhood and provide the area of new infrastructure to improve the quality of life of people who live there.
