A total of 154 students received training through initial vocational training program with practical training in companies, organized by the Department of Youth and Employment, headed by Dolores Sanchez.
Murcia City Council is offering training in this modality to 11 groups in 9 different specialties to promote the employability of youth.
The Vocational Training Program (PCPI) are aimed at young people aged 16 to 20 who have not obtained a Certificate in Secondary Education.
Their training is aimed at improving basic skills related to social, scientific, technological and communication and to acquire a level 1 qualification of National Catalogue of Qualifications in the trade that are forming.
As part of their training includes Module Training at Work (FCT)
The FCT is a supervised training that takes place in a real job, directed to complete the acquisition of professional skills and acquire a professional identity and maturity to facilitate students' integration work.
These practices work (unpaid) have a duration of 150 hours to make in July and to carry out, the City has the support of numerous companies in the municipality.
We are currently in the process of formalizing agreements with more than 50 partner companies.
Almost all the students will practice in the different companies that work with us
