Guardians of a musical treasure, as a documentary chronicles the survival of Baroque music from the indigenous communities of Bolivia, after being introduced by Jesuit missionaries in the seventeenth century.
The care of the musical legacy and developing writing baroque instruments are some of their core activities.
Submitted by Piotr Nawrot, a musicologist who has spent over 20 years rescuing and investigation of scores of historical archive Chiquitanía MOXOS in Bolivia.
It is also Music Director of the International Festival of Renaissance and Baroque Music "Misiones de Chiquitos" in Santa Cruz.
Bolivia, where the storm has represented Spain in its 2008 edition and will represent in 2010.
