High school students of institutes of the Region of Murcia and surrounding municipalities have until June 12 to participate in the Third Tourism Photo Contest, organized by the School of Tourism at the University of Murcia.
With this event, the School aims to make youth concerns and interest in this sector, which has much impact on the regional economy.
The contest has also been called into another form that is open to students following the Diploma studies.
On the other hand, the rector of the University, José Antonio Cobacho, chaired the event of imposition of scholarships to members of the tenth promotion of Tourism, held at the Faculty of Economics, Campus Espinardo.
The ceremony was also attended, among other authorities, the center's director, Professor Manuela Lopez Tenes.
