In written communication, Esther Herguedas has asked the Deputy Mayor for President and head of Heritage Francisco Porto on the house that is located on the site occupied by the EI municipal child La Paz, demolished in great haste for 17 months.
In his note, Herguedas recalls that already in the March plenary asked about an abandoned house on the site but so far has received no response.
Since that facility has been conditioned and have use, the Councillor responsible for Heritage goes to a series of questions.
In his note, Herguedas requests that full information is given about whether the owners of the house are authorized to occupy the site, the type of authorization has been granted to use this municipal facility and for how long, the ordinance which governs in this case, the type of activity they are developing, and proof of the rate they are paying for it.
She also asked if other groups can go and get occupancy permits for this and other municipal lots in the same conditions.
Herguedas again complained that the demolition of a public educational facility has served to satisfy private interests very private and very little social.
