The first course has closed the registration period of more than 250 applications for a total capacity of 15 seats.
Similarly, on today and with the open enrollment period, more than 200 people have opted for the 15 slots available during baking.
Since January 2009, the CST has organized 30 courses from kitchen and almost 1,200 students are enrolled in them.
