THE UCAM welcomed this evening the emotional ceremony Scholarship and diploma to the students of the I Promotion of Spain, the Degree in Computer Science, Engineering VIII Promotion in Public Works, the IX and Telecommunications Engineering X Promotion of Technical Engineering in Computer Systems.
The Chief of the Coordination of Computer Applications Health Service of Murcia, José Manuel Alcaraz, served as godfather to the new Engineers.
The president of the UCAM, José Luis Mendoza, presided over the ceremony together with the Director of the Degree of Computer Engineering and Degree in Computer Engineering, Belén López Ayuso, by the Director of Engineering in Telecommunications, Rafael Melendreras and the Director Technical Engineering in Public Works, Luis Bernardeau.
Teachers Pedro de los Santos Jiménez, Public Works, Francisco José Martínez, Telecommunications, Antonio Llanes, Computer Systems and Antonio Flores, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, acted as honorary professors, while the reading of names, corresponded teachers of the Ecole Polytechnique, Fernando García Hernández, Ángel Joaquín García Collado, Miguel Angel Guillen and Jesus Soto.
Belén López Ayuso, warmly congratulated the new engineers.
López Ayuso had special words of affection for the students of this I Promotion Degree in Computer Engineering, for being pioneers in Spain.
For his part, Director of Engineering in Telecommunications, Rafael Melendredras said the new Telecommunications experts that "in times of crisis are the engineers in charge of providing solutions."
The Director of Public Works Engineering, Luis Bernardeau, declared himself proud of this promotion and place to rub shoulders on equal terms with the new professionals.
"Now do not call you students, but professional colleagues," he said proudly.
