The Regional Federation of Employers of the Construction of Murcia, the UCAM honored with a Special Mention in the framework of the XXIII Edition of the Construction Sector of Murcia.
This award recognizes the success of the implementation of Advanced Studies in Architecture, and the efforts made by the institution face in obtaining permission to provide the Degree in Engineering Building, by the ANECA.
The award was presented to the Director of Architecture and Engineering Building, Juan Roldán, during a ceremony at the Hotel Nelva, attended among others by the presence of President CROEM, Miguel del Toro.
Miguel del Toro, welcomed the award given to the UCAM and highlighted the benefits to society Murcia has had and will have the implementation of Advanced Studies Degree in Architecture and Building Engineering.
"The implementation of these degrees by the Catholic University was much in demand by the construction sector and will undoubtedly quality to it.
For his part, Juan Roldán, expressed his great satisfaction with the awarding of the prize.
"This award is given to the UCAM, singled in the Degree of Degree of Architecture and Building Engineering, is a recognition of the effort to adapt the European Higher Education Area, by our University over the past years," he said.
Notably Awards Construction Sector de Murcia are designed to recognize the positive work and contribution to the business environment in the construction of individuals, companies, institutions and government entities that add value to the business sector and facilitate adaptation to economic and social environment.
