The Director General of Trade and Crafts, Julio José Lorenzo, today inaugurated the exhibition of paintings and moving sculptures by the master artisan Anabel del Canto and will last until late June at the Craft Centre in the Region of Murcia.
The exhibition, part of the actions of the Ministry of Universities, Business and Research Support and dissemination of regional crafts, includes only 56 works made of copper, iron, wood and enamel melted at 900 degrees Celsius in highlighting the portraits of women and reinterpretations of works by master painters such as Botticelli, Velázquez or Gustav Klimt.
Lorenzo said that "the works of the master artisan Anabel del Canto noted for their design and beauty, as well as innovation in the use of materials and form, as it does not, ending a piece when it is cooked, it becomes an element that is combined to complete a final work much more complex. "
In fact, in the works on display goes beyond the enameled copper plate, and the master artisan experience to provide a conceptual view of how a search for new textures using different materials.

The master craftsman Anabel del Canto studied at the Massana School of Barcelona, one of the most recognized in his field, enamel, and has won numerous awards at regional level.
