Murcia City Council has initiated the procedure for the rehabilitation of facades and roofs in the neighborhood of Los Almendros de La Alberca, with the approval this morning of the execution of the work involved.
It also will begin work on blocks 5 and 20 Vistabella neighborhood.
The rehabilitation work in the neighborhood of Los Almendros add 2.2 million euros, of which the Housing and Land Institute provides EUR 1,100,000, representing 50% - while the City assumes qu 25% of expenditure -550,000 euros and another 25% are owner-additional 550,000 euros.
Remember that on 10 November, the City of Murcia has signed an agreement with the institute of housing and land for the rehabilitation of facades and roofs in the neighborhood of Los Almendros de La Alberca, under which the City prepares technical projects and necessary reports for the procurement of works.
The municipal Urbamusa developer is responsible for the drafting of projects and the procurement of works.
