The Agenda of State Tax Administration (AEAT) has approved the scanning software certified "Factum" developed by the University of Murcia, which it can create valid and effective copies of bills and substitute documents issued to its suppliers in support paper.
Copies that this system creates, guarantee the authenticity, integrity and preservation of documents.
The Tax Office will recognize this approval to the University of Murcia, tomorrow Thursday, August 14, at 9:30 pm in Conference Room "Lostau Rector."
The great potential of this system lies not only in the possibility of working with images of invoices issued on paper, but the possibility of applying this system to any document issued by the government or provided by the citizens on paper.
These electronic copies shall have the same force and effect as the original, eliminating the need for conservation of this type of paper documents by the Administration.
Murcia University becomes the first public administration in Spain which has approved its own software for scanning invoices certified.
