The Rector of the University of Murcia has the appointment of several professors and lecturers for teaching and research in different centers of the same.

On one of these resolutions have been appointed professors Alfonso Garcia, Cell Biology, and Antonio Gómez Skarmeta, Telematics Engineering, while Óscar Cánovas has been named University Professor of Archaeology and Computer Technology.

For two other resolutions, Maria del Mar has been named Cherry Associate Professor in the area of Logic and Philosophy of Science, and Juan Antonio Botia has been integrated into the body of professors.

Finally, professors have been appointed to places linked to the Hospital "Morales Meseguer" and hospital "Virgen de la Arrixaca" José Luis Aguayo and Luis Fernández Carballo, respectively.

All of them take up their seats during a ceremony to be held shortly in the building of Convalescence, home of the Chancellor.
