CEIP Tears of the hamlet of Cabezo de Torres thanks to Murcia City Council made available to the Ministry of Education a municipal plot of 4,180 meters square.
Currently, the center has a total area of 7,147 square meters, so that this enlargement will create new facilities to provide better service to primary school children and provide increased capacity to accommodate more students, the result of important development that is experiencing the hamlet of Cabezo de Torres.
The building area shall be 900 square meters and will house six new kindergarten classrooms, a classroom of psychomotor, teachers room, toilets.
In addition, will also feature a sports ground of 2,000 square meters.
On the other hand, the public school Virgen de las Maravillas will also experience an expansion of its facilities, as the Board of Governors approved this morning by the project and hiring specifications for the works of creation of three new classrooms child offices and toilets, for a maximum tender amount of 297,635 euros.
