The CEIP Barriomar Murcia 74, has held a series of fun activities to promote friendship, respect, acceptance and tolerance, organized during the Third Day Intercentre Murcia MUS-E Programme.
Councillors Education and Social Services and Fulgencio Megía Pilar Cervantes, visited the center and participated with students in the Mus-eLandia, an activity in which students, holding hands, have formed several circles and have danced to the sound of music.
MUS-E program, which has participated CEIP Barriomar since 1996, has as main objective to promote social integration of schoolchildren living in a disadvantaged and vulnerable and possible social exclusion through the realization artistic activities.
The work developed throughout the day is through theater, dance, music and visual arts taught by working artists with teaching experience.
This activity has added the following schools in the Region of Murcia:
EEC Primitiva Lopez (Cartagena).
CEIP Stella Maris (Cartagena).
CEIP Hernández Ardieta (Roldan).
CEIP San Cristóbal (Lorca).
IES Sierra Minera (La Union).
Students of each school wearing shirts of different colors symbolize the idea of integration in the last activity took place at school.
