The Minister of Education, Training and Employment, Sotoca Constantine, today introduced the IV Training Fair to be held in Murcia from today until next Saturday, and aims to bring citizens the whole range of vocational training, both for the education system as related to training for employment.
Sotoca noted that the acts included in this week, to be attended by experts and CEOs of training across the country, are intended "to provide a meeting point for professionals and students and society to show all the options that are developed Training regional level. "
In addition, the Minister stated that "this initiative is to promote the activities of different agencies, organizations and social actors involved in the development of Vocational Training Plan of the Region of Murcia 2004-2009, and available to all young people information on educational courses.
Thus "the people at the Fair will find a valuable aid to the road that they want to continue with their studies and their training."
Sotoca stressed the importance of the event as a means to get active and unemployed workers in all training opportunities, both to improve their current employment and to facilitate job search, "especially important given the times we are facing, as well as awareness citizens of the importance of Vocational Training "as a key factor for regional development."
The fair is specifically aimed at students in the last years of secondary school and 2 of high school, students from vocational courses and Higher and Vocational Training Program Beginner, teachers, counselors and trainers, and active workers and unemployed.
The events begin tomorrow with a conference that included, also on Wednesday, lectures and round tables, with the participation of CEOs of different formation regions, as well as experts from central and regional administration and faculty of VT.
Participants in their speeches addressed the current situation and deepen the actions that various agencies are carried out to design a new FP-art, advanced and tailored to the needs of the labor market.
In this regard, the Minister said that the conference will encourage "debate, reflection and exchange of experiences, and allow the emergence of ideas to improve the training offered."
In addition, from Thursday 7, and for three days, will take place in the Paseo del Malecon an Exhibition-Demonstration where they will be represented administrations and entities that have bid for Vocational Training through 44 stands in which activities take place families with professional and offers of each agency.
Specifically, 20 families will be represented VET professionals of the education system and programs and Initial Vocational Training for Employment, plus the various institutions.
