The Socialist Group has presented today to the plenary the following motions, questions and requests:
ROAD SAFETY MOTION PAIN, HEAD AND TORRES CHURRA
Councilman Jose Zapata Socialist Group today introduced a motion calling on the PP Plenum urgent improvement of road safety on the road Beniaján, particularly in the area of La Azacaya, Los Dolores, in Cabezo Churra and Torres areas of the municipality where there is heavy traffic and no sidewalks, no crosswalks or traffic lights.
The PP has presented an alternative that the Socialist Party voted in favor.
MOTION SETTING UP A BUSINESS INCUBATOR
Sebastian Peñaranda The mayor has proposed in plenary of creating a business incubator that disposed of entrepreneurial business projects of the municipality.
A business initiative which offer multi-services needed by entrepreneurs to meet the first years of business, adequate space at a sustainable cost, common unit, access to Internet networks, shared hall, tutoring companies, etc. .
The PP has rejected this proposal.
CARE OFFICE MOTION PROCESSES AFFECTED BY URBAN
Another motion for the council Marcos Ros for creating a service for the care of people affected by urban development process.

MOTION BUS SERVICE
The mayor José Manuel Abellán PP has demanded to leave in abeyance the restrictive measures taken for the bus service in terms of reduced hours and change routes on lines 7, 12, 27 and 30.

The PP has voted against this initiative.
MOTION ALTERNATIVE ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND ELECTRICITY TARIFF
Councilman Alfonso Navarro has submitted an alternative proposal for the City Council agrees to undertake a study of consumption in a period not exceeding six months, with special emphasis on the consumption of public lighting and municipal buildings, to propose remedial measures post to reduce consumption on reasonable terms.
He has also suggested to conduct an analysis of the rates contracted by the consistory with the local electricity supply company to modify the contracts based on the guidelines set by the FEMP, and has demanded the Government of Spain that the electric rate increase approved This year adjustment to the CPI, as well as the PP should be done with taxes and municipal taxes (IBI, IVTM, ISCI, water, garbage, sewage and transport).
The PP has voted against the alternative motion filed by the PSOE.
