A new road linking Beniscornia corner and the road to La Ñora for locals to go directly to the N-340.
It is a road that will improve communications in the districts of Beniscornia corner, La Raya, Rincon de Seca and vicinity.
The Board of the Planning Department, which met this morning, has finally adopted the draft eminent domain to obtain land.
The expropriation affects 17 parcels, with an area of 11,715 meters square.
There are no houses affected.
The amount of the expropriation of 186,321 euros.
Specifically, the new road will leave from the Avenida de Los Jeronimos (Beniscornia corner) and come up the road from La Ñora, at the height of the roundabout near the UCAM, which gives access to the shopping center La Noria and the N-340.
