For the second year, more than a hundred children in juvenile facilities have been protagonists of "Meeting of Sardines", organized through collaboration between the Sardine Association, the City of Murcia and the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Migration.
The festival took place this morning at St. Bonaventure College and shall have gathered, as well as sardine group members, the mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, the Director Joaquín Bascuñana, the Big Fish, Pepin Liria, Doña Sardina Noelia Arroyo, and the councilman of Festivals and Popular Culture, Rafael Gomez.
The children have enjoyed the first performances of music bands from the Caribbean, Hungary and Malaysia, and subsequently have received many gifts offered by the sardine.
