The barracks installed throughout the city have opened today, prepared and ready to receive thousands of Murcia who will come to them during the week of Spring Festival.
The official inauguration was held this afternoon at the rock mortar, one that can be seen at the site of ancient Chinese garden.
The Mayor, Miguel Angel House, has chaired the event, accompanied by the Queen of higher Huerta, María Isabel Martínez, and child, Carmen Perez, and the president of the Federation of Peñas Huertanica Antonio Avilés, councilors Rafael Gómez, María Pelegrin and José del Carmen Arce, and the harbinger of the holidays, Alberto Sevilla.
They could not miss the 14 bridesmaids each of the queens.
The folk group of the Peña La Carreta opened the opening and played some popular jacks, including "the pardicas Moratalla," which opened with the performance.
After completing the dance was held the ribbon cutting at the premises of the Rock The Mortar then enjoy tasting the vegetable garden that will serve tapas barracks throughout the week.
Tomorrow also will live an intense day of celebrations with various activities.
Among them, reading the banns announcing Bando de la Huerta, the children's parade and a wreath to the Virgen de la Fuensanta.
Also be held the first event relating to Sardine Association, who will be presenting its annual review and reading of "Pitocrónica."
