The University of Murcia has announced a prize to encourage their teachers to prepare projects of innovation and using new teaching methods in the European Convergence Process.
The call notes that the implementation of the European Higher Education Area "has prompted the implementation of measures such as adding classroom methodologies that promote the upgrading of the teaching staff and student participation in various activities increasingly effective" .
It adds that "the creation of a teaching innovation award to stimulate the creative spirit in the classroom and recognize the work of the faculty of the University and its concern to adapt their teaching to the context of European space."
This announcement, which will be open to all teachers of this institution, includes two modes, one for the best innovative project which involves a complete course, and the other to recognize the best contribution or adaptation of subjects specific to the process convergent.
The deadline for submitting to this call led by the Vice President of Innovation and convergence, led by Pilar Arnaiz, will end on 4 May.
