The University of Murcia has implemented the project which aims to provide a platform for research and technology transfer to be a pioneer in Spain and which have achieved 5.8 million euros.
The Experimentation Platform for Interdisciplinary Science in Earth and Life will make available to researchers to facilitate new infrastructure development projects and scientific activities.
The autonomous region has given its approval to the agreement, which enable the University to build this infrastructure, which follows the positive evaluation and subsequent approval by the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
This project, with an area of 6,500 square meters, will take place on a parcel located in the North Campus Espinardo, compared with the faculties of Psychology and Computer Science.
Have the same spaces will encourage the development of specific research projects of the University, and others that are developed in collaboration with institutions or companies.
The building also will house general research services and forums for the exchange of scientific experiences.
