On the occasion of the celebration of Easter in Murcia, the Local Police Headquarters of Murcia has developed a comprehensive special safety and traffic to meet the many events scheduled, providing the necessary conditions so that all may develop within normal levels of security and normalcy.
The key tasks to be carried out from local police will be:
Narrow and close to traffic on different routes, signaling certain areas if necessary.
Regulate the traffic in the vicinity of the routes, thus facilitating the movement of public road users affected.
Protect public safety in general.
The special safety and traffic covers the whole municipality of Murcia.
In the urban area will be handled a total of 44 acts processions, for which it will take a total of 495 troops.
The various processions that are held in the city will be answered by a panel appointed for that purpose, consisting of a command and 14 officers, who will have the support necessary at specific times from the regular service.
In the case of districts, a total of 119 events held processions through April 12, which require the participation of a total of 357 troops.
