The UCAM has been present at the ceremony of the first voluntary ID cards, which took place this morning at the Regional Archives Murcia.
This card also identify and establish the bearer, has advantages and discounts on shopping, spas, movie theaters.
The ceremony was chaired by the Minister of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana, and the Director General of Immigration and volunteering, Leopoldo Navarro.
It is also worth noting the assistance of the Vice Chancellor of University Extension of the UCAM and Director of the Institute of Charity and Volunteer Juan Pablo II, Antonio Alcaraz, and the Secretary of the University Volunteer, Ricardo Lafuente, together with 15 volunteer students from the university.
Catholic University is an entity that is part of the initiative I Volunteer, created by the Regional Government to make available to the whole society an information tool on volunteering.
In addition, the UCAM has signed the Protocol of Actions to be developed in conjunction with the Regional Government, to celebrate the Year of Volunteers in the Region of Murcia.
