Urbamusa, the Municipal Urbanizadora has managed the rehabilitation of facades and roofs of more than 400 houses in the neighborhoods of Vistabella, Santa Maria de Gracia and Los Almendros (La Alberca).

The local developer has contracted the work to rehabilitate the façade and roofs of block 1 (24 units) and 2 (24 units) of Vistabella and blocks 9, 10, 11 and 12 (with 16 households each) of Santa Maria Gracia.
