The Town Planning Councillor requests the utmost respect for the constitutional principle of presumption of innocence (25/03/2009)

The Town Planning Councillor, Fernando Berberena, said that "respect the instruction of the court and ask the utmost respect for the constitutional principle of presumption of innocence."

Alderman pointed out that in some cases, people accused of crimes, then the statements are exculpatory, causing irreparable harm to the accused and their families.

Berberena emphasizes the principle of presumption of innocence "until the court resolves the case."
